Neo – Gachhami
New meditative process of Gachhami – 08 mins – 5.8 Mb
Neo – Gachhami is the new meditative process of salutations indicating towards the milestones of the inner journey. The process begins with sitting comfortably (preferably in ‘Vajrasana‘) in silence and with closed eyes, allowing oneself to be immersed in the soft music that helps in bringing ourselves to the present moment. And then the following three salutations are sung and translated by Swami Akhil Saraswati, one by one.
- Osho Sharanam Gachhami
I bow down to the Divinity in the form of the Master.
- Atmanam Sharanam Gachhami
I bow down to the Divinity present in me.
- Brahmam Sharanam Gachhami
I bow down to the Omnipresent Divinity.
After each translation sing the salutation in chorus, with the hands folded in ‘Namaskar Mudra‘ and bow down in a manner that our forehead touches the floor. As the next salutation is being sung in the voice of Swami Akhil Saraswati, begin to get back up in the sitting posture and allow yourself to soak in the divine presence. And after the last salutation, get back up with the celebrative music playing in the background, keep your eyes closed and feel the divinity within and around you. Stay in this meditative state as long as you feel comfortable.
Wishing You A Celebrative & Meditative ‘Guru Poornima‘!
We share this small and beautiful glimpse of Osho from the Buddha Hall leaving with a Namaste and having a good laugh. It is probably from the evening when Vimal had dressed up in a saree to sit in place of Manisha to ask Questions. Its a joy to watch our beloved master laugh
